Assam Rifles Recruitment 2026 Physical Test and Trade Test
Physical Standard Test (PST)
Candidates are verified for meeting the required physical standard test, which includes:
Height – Prescribed as per the category/region of the candidate.
Chest – Required chest measurement for male candidates only.
Weight – Proportionate to the height and age.
If the candidate claims relaxation in physical standards, he must submit the required certificate.
Conducted at Jorhat/Diphu, Assam.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
General candidates – 5 km run within 24 minutes.
Ladakh candidates – 1.6 km run within 7 minutes.
Trade Skill Test
Candidates are tested on the practical skills of their respective trade.
The trade skill test is qualifying in nature.
